Important: Terms Governing All Transactions with Montgomery Military Antiques(*) Consent to All Terms as Precondition to Purchase: By engaging in any purchase transaction, you consent to and agree to be bound by each of the following terms. (1) Representations and Warranties by Seller: The seller represents and warrants that the description of any item offered for sale on this web site is truthful and accurate. What does this mean? It means that if we are aware of or suspect that a piece we sell is not 100% authentic or has been altered other than by use in a period, military context, we will tell you about it. More likely, however, we will not offer it for sale on our site. As all collectors of militaria know, however, at some point opinions on authenticity may differ, even among the most knowledgeable in the field. This is a reality with which we all must live. Read; study; become knowledgeable; and ask questions before you invest. Your own knowledge will be your best source of protection. As for us, we will be 100% honest in describing what we offer for sale. All other representations and warranties are expressly disclaimed. (2) Return Policy: We offer a one-week (seven day) inspection period, during which any item purchased from us may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. Any item returned must be in exactly the same condition it was in when we sold it, must be safely packaged and sent to us by a trackable delivery service. Buyer assumes the risk of our not receiving an item lost in return delivery. (3) Applicable Law; Exclusive Venue for Resolution of Disputes: All transactions and disputes arising from any transaction with Montgomery Military Antiques will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S., regardless of any potentially applicable choice of law analysis. Any purchaser hereby agrees to submit to personal jurisdiction of the courts (state or federal) of or located in the State of Delaware in connection with any diputes arising from any transaction with Montgomery Military Antiques, and further agrees that Delaware will be the exclusive venue for the resolution of any such disputes. We hope, of course, that there will be no disputes, and if there are, that they will be resolved promptly and amicably. (4) Payment: Payment arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller. Generally, for U.S. buyers, we accept certified checks, money orders, and personal checks (personal checks must clear before item is shipped). We also accept PayPal, and will require an additional payment of 4% of the total purchase price to cover the fee. (5) Shipping: Shipping arrangements are made at the time of purchase. Generally, we will ship by trackable delivery service unless other arrangements with the purchaser are made and confirmed in writing. Insurance, if any, should be arranged at the time of sale.
